ONLINE HULA HOOP FITNESS CLASS


Service Description

Feel the burn and the joy — right from your home! Our online Hula Hoop Fitness class is a fun, energizing workout that combines cardio, strength training, and hoop dance elements. Each session is structured to keep you moving, smiling, and feeling strong: Warm-Up (10 min): Gentle movements to wake up your body. On-Body Hooping (15 min): Learn to keep the hoop moving on your waist and explore dynamic steps. Off-Body Workout (10 min): Use the hoop as a prop to tone your arms, legs, and core — think squats, lunges, and flowing arm sequences. Floor Mat Exercises (10 min): A core and glute boost on the mat. Cool-Down & Stretch (10 min): Breathe deeply, stretch it out, and end grounded. You will need: - A Hula Hoop (preferably large in diameter, weighing between 700g - 1.2kg) - An internet enabled device; tablet, laptop, phone etc - A clear space to hoop in! - If you have a mat (yoga/exercise mat) &/or some hand weights at home, have these at hand as you may use them during your class - your Instructor will let you know before the class starts. CLOTHING: wear trainers and fitness-friendly attire! All levels welcome.
