            Learn the basic steps to waist hooping 



â­• First, make sure you have a big weighted hula hoop, the hoop should be above your belly button

â­• Hold your hoop with 2 hands, elbow are bend, hoop is touching the middle of your back, make sure you are holding your hoop flat and horizontal in front of you

â­• Stand nice and tall, looking forward, chest lifted and feet hips distance apart

â­• Twist to the side and send your hoop around your waist for one or two spin

â­• Then start moving forward and backward, pushing the hoop every time it's touching your belly button. Keep your core strongly engaged

â­• Try to keep a nice rhythm, not too slow not too fast
