Learn the basic steps to waist hooping
â• First, make sure you have a big weighted hula hoop, the hoop should be above your belly button
â• Hold your hoop with 2 hands, elbow are bend, hoop is touching the middle of your back, make sure you are holding your hoop flat and horizontal in front of you
â• Stand nice and tall, looking forward, chest lifted and feet hips distance apart
â• Twist to the side and send your hoop around your waist for one or two spin
â• Then start moving forward and backward, pushing the hoop every time it's touching your belly button. Keep your core strongly engaged
â• Try to keep a nice rhythm, not too slow not too fast
